Offering Traditional Martial Arts … Non-Contact!
Welcome to the Orillia Academy of Karate, where we pride ourselves on being friendly, family-oriented, and the perfect choice whether you’re a complete beginner or have trained elsewhere in the past. Children over the age of ten are welcome.
Classes are highly disciplined, but fun, friendly and supportive.
Karate is applicable in our everyday lives as it encompasses self-respect, respect toward others, responsibility, honesty, decisiveness, a positive self-image, developing the ability to speak and perform before a group, and, in time, compassion and gentleness.
